Self-Care Products

Due to the nature of personal care products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.

Custom Apparel

Custom and personalized apparel orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all design approvals, sizing, colors, and spelling before production.

For customer-supplied apparel, Elegantly BeYoutiful is not responsible for manufacturer defects, sizing issues, or damage resulting from the garment itself.

Public event registrations are non-refundable.

Private event deposits are non-refundable and secure your requested date and time.

If you cannot attend a public event, please contact us regarding available transfer or rescheduling options.
